Why By the Case.

Case-lot buying is not new. It is how buying clubs and bulk retailers have priced for decades. The trade is simple: commit to a case of something you already use, and you pay a case price instead of a single-unit price.

There are three reasons to buy a case here. The price per unit is often lower than buying one at a time, and where it is, the saving is shown right on the product page. Shipping is carried by MasterCase rather than added on by each vendor you order from. And some of what our vendors make is not sold anywhere else delivered to your door.

The math works on anything you would buy twice: pantry staples, vitamins, household cleaners, pet food, personal care. No membership fee, and no warehouse trip.

Shipping, Handled.

Shipping is on us up to $35 on every case of everyday dry goods, and up to $40 on every frozen case. No minimums and no "free over $X" games. If a case is heavy or going somewhere remote and the label costs more than that, the difference is shown at checkout. Either way, you see the full cost before you pay.

We can do this because MasterCase does not run a warehouse. Vendors ship from where the product already is, and we cover the label.

Ships From Within Canada.

Every order on MasterCase ships from a Canadian address, domestic shipping only. No US fulfillment, no cross-border parcels, no duties, no customs delays. If a vendor cannot ship from within Canada, they do not list with us.
