Between us, we've managed natural health programs inside one of Canada's oldest grocery chains, worked both the buyer side and the supplier side of Canadian retail, held a Cannabis micro-processing licence, and built brands from scratch.

We've watched good Canadian products get buried by platform fees, held up by slow payment terms, and left without an easy way to reach the shoppers who would choose them.

Max Michalowski (right) has spent 20+ years in Canadian health, wellness and consumer goods, backing natural products long before the category was mainstream. Inside Sobeys he built a wellness program that grew natural and organic sales by 200% across 34 categories, by giving those brands real shelf space and real support instead of treating them as a niche.
