What "Canadian" Means Here

A Canadian company on MasterCase is a company incorporated in Canada. That is the line we hold, and every vendor is checked against it before anything of theirs goes on the site.

It is a deliberate definition, and it is narrower than it sounds. It is about the company, not a country-of-origin label on a box. Some of what our vendors sell is grown or made here, and some of it is not. What we stand behind is the Canadian company.

Where We Operate

MasterCase is incorporated in British Columbia. Our vendors operate from across the country, and every order is fulfilled from a Canadian address. No cross-border parcels, no duties, no customs delays.

Why It Matters Now

A growing share of what Canadians spend online leaves the country. MasterCase routes that spending back to Canadian companies, with shipping handled across most of Canada, and the full cost shown before you pay.

The Standard

If a company is not incorporated here, it does not list with us. If a vendor cannot ship from within Canada, they do not list with us. That is the standard, and it is not changing.
