After years in the food and beverage industry, founder Bruce Burgener began working with patented advanced vacuum-dehydration technology and developed a crunchy, shelf-stable cheese snack made from Canadian cheese. Enercheez is high in protein, has zero carbohydrates (except Poutine flavour), needs no refrigeration, and is made for hiking, travel, lunches, soups, salads, and everyday snacking.
