Domo Tea was founded by Tammara Goertzen, who spent close to a decade working in Asia before coming home to Vancouver and opening Ocha Tea Bar in Yaletown.

The tea is micro-ground rather than an extract, so you drink the whole leaf instead of steeping it and throwing it away — the nutrients come along with the flavour. A tea latte comes together in a cup of hot or cold water, with no steeping and nothing to froth. Everything else is built the same way: freeze-dried fruit rather than flavouring, organic cane sugar, and a sugar-free line for anyone skipping it entirely.
