True Taste Cafe was founded by Amber Seel. In her twenties, multiple food allergies and sensitivities left her so unwell she was told she may never have children. So she made the food she needed and could not find: free from gluten, dairy, eggs, corn, soy and nuts, and free from the gums, artificial fillers and lab-made ingredients that were keeping her unwell.

As she rebuilt her own diet she found millions of people looking for the same thing. Food that was safe, simple, and actually tasted good.

What started with one waffle iron in her townhouse is now a Canadian staple, helping families across the country put pancakes and waffles on the table that everyone can eat.
