Chad Polski went looking for a decaf worth getting up for, and when he could not find one, he set out to make it - single origin, shade grown, certified organic, and decaffeinated with the Swiss Water Process, which uses nothing but water and a carbon filter to pull the caffeine out and leave the flavour in.

The beans are roasted in small batches in Calgary, in the shadow of the Rockies. That is where the name comes from, and it is the whole idea behind the cup: slow down, get outside, take your time.
