ALT - Build Your Case, Pre-Workout (4 × 40 servings)

ALT· Mississauga, Ontario

ALT was formed in 2023 by founder Sarah Ainsley Harrison, who came up through varsity rugby, national bodybuilding titles and modelling, a decade of it spent around how a body performs and how it looks. Developing Guttate Psoriasis and Alopecia Areata taught her that fit is not the same thing as healthy, so she healed her gut, retrained as a holistic nutritionist, and built the sport supplements she wanted to take herself, without red dye 40, sucralose or aspartame. Everything we make is made in Canada and carries a Health Canada NPN.
